You can request deletion of your Xpylon account and the data associated with it at any time, in either of the following ways.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
- Open the Xpylon app and sign in.
- Go to My Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to info@xpylon.com requesting deletion of your account.
Please include:
- Your account email
What happens next
Your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 7 days of your request.
